Optimization of interdigitated electrode sensor design is essential for practical impedance spectroscopy in the medical and pharmaceutical fields because their easy fabrication procedure inexpensive. The geometry presents a prospective ameliorating sensitivity over other microelectrode designs. geometric optimization sensor’s structure with interdigital electrodes one difficult problems. To solve this type problem, we use metaheuristic methods to find optimal solution. method chosen paper differential evolution algorithm DE, which widely used overall problem. We will optimize geometrical parameters by minimizing F Low , proper band [F <-->F High ] using MATLAB script, validity obtained results investigated ADS tools
